How to Delete Your Account (In-App)

Step 1: Open the TowerLite app

Step 2: Go to Profile tab (bottom navigation)

Step 3: Tap the Settings icon (top right)

Step 4: Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"

Step 5: Confirm deletion when prompted

What Data Gets Deleted

User Profile: Username, email, profile picture, phone number
Reports: All power status reports you've posted
Comments: All comments you've made on reports
Achievements: All earned achievements and points
Saved Locations: All locations you've saved
Activity History: All likes, interactions, and activity
Push Tokens: Notification preferences and tokens

⏰ Data Retention & Recovery

Once you confirm deletion in the app:

Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion. You will be logged out, and your profile and content will no longer be visible to other users.
We provide a **7-day recovery period** in case you change your mind or if the deletion was a mistake.
After the 7-day period, all of your data listed above will be **permanently and irreversibly deleted** from our systems.

⚠️ Important

Account deletion is permanent after the 7-day recovery period. Once this period has passed, the action cannot be undone.
